Spanish messages are very important. Why? Because the people that speak Spanish don’t always understand what the heck is going on. When another language is your primary language you think in that language and even though it’s explained the best possible way in English the person who needs to receive the message may not always understand unless it is in their native tongue. Spanish phone hold is very crucial to the individuals calling, to either make a payment, express a major concern or simply just to leave a message. It’s not just a voicemail it’s an experience to the person on the other end.
